Rehekuri Blackbuck Sanctuary is located at outskirts of Karjat taluka in Ahmednagar district and famous for healthy population of Blackbucks also known as Indian Antelope.

Blackbuck or Indian antelope is the fastest running animal in India and the sole member of its genus. The blackbuck is a diurnal antelope, found mainly in India inhabits grassy plains and slightly forested areas.

The best time to visit Ranibennur Blackbuck Sanctuary is from August to January.
Ranibennur Blackbuck Sanctuary is mainly famous for blackbucks but also home to the Indian wild wolf,highly endangered great Indian bustard, peafowl, Indian Jackal and porcupine.
