Among the 9 best ghats of Maharashtra, the one name that is missing is that of Karul Ghat measuring 11kms. This ghat is situated on the route connecting Kolhapur and Kankavli. It’s one part of the twin ghats Karul and Bhuibawada. Very picturesque and extremely difficult to navigate especially the ascent from bottom to top. This ghat is also overlooked by the Gagangad Fort which overlooks the twin ghats……….. Go try driving this ghat and be awestruck
