NP Kunta Ultra Mega Solar Park also known as Ananthapuram – I, occupying a total area of 32 square kilometres and located 35 km away from Kadiri. 978.5 MW capacity was commissioned by the different companies in the park by April 2021.
Rewa Ultra Mega Solar spread over an area of 1,590 acres in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh, The project is a joint venture between MP UrjaVikas and Solar Energy Corporation of India.
Charanka Solar Park of Gujarat and Kamuthi Solar Power Project in Tamil Nadu are two more large solar power plants in India, followed by Ananthapuramu – II,Galiveedu solar park, Mandsaur Solar Farm in MP,Sakri solar plant in Maharashtra and Kadapa Ultra Mega Solar Park.
