Sanjay National Park in Chhattisgarh is spread over an area of 1471 km and is surrounded by Vindhyachal Mountain Ranges and rivers. Main wild animals are Jackals, Sambar, Four-horned Antelopes, Jungle Cat, Monitor Lizard,Monkey, Striped Hyena and wild Dogs.
Gir Forest National Park is the fully protected and solo park for the Asiatic lions. The park is currently home to 523 population of Indian Lions in Junagadh, Bhavangar, Gir Somnath and Amreli district of Gujarat.
Sundarbans National Park is the part of the Sundarbans mangrove forest on the Ganges Delta and home to a variety of birds, reptiles and swamp Bengal tiger.
Jim Corbett National Park is the oldest and most popular national park in India, very famous for its large number of Bengal tigers, wild elephants and Indian leopards.
Indravati National Park of Chhattisgarh, Betla National Park or Jharkhand and Papikonda National Park of Andhra Pradesh are known for the wide species of animals, birds and reptiles.
